Start with Lone Star State specialities like smoked beef brisket (RM26+ per 100 grams with a minimum order of 200 grams) and smoked beef ribs (RM32+ per 100 grams with a minimum order of 350 grams), but if you choose only one, make it the ribs, more succulent and sultry for our batch. Balance the pure protein with sides like southern slaw and bean stew (RM6.90 each).
