The Forum focuses on contemporary feel-good fare - the pan-fried Norwegian salmon with couscous, green lentils, charred corn, cauliflower, dill & lemon aioli (RM36.50) makes satisfying use of fresh produce, offering well-balanced flavours & textures. Other highlights include lobster bisque (RM23), mushroom risotto (RM24.50) & herb-crusted chicken (RM23.50); a crowd-pleasing weekend brunch selection showcases pancakes (RM14.90), waffles (RM16.90) & cheese souffles (RM22.90).
Desserts flaunt an imaginative flair - the zucchini lime cake is a moist treat with mildly tangy nuances, topped with cream cheese frosting (RM13.90).
