Healthy vegan fare is Lapan's number one priority, with meticulously wholesome, minimally processed offerings inspired by both East and West. The extensive selection includes brown rice bee hoon flavoured with two-year unpasteurised barley miso (RM19), teriyaki-tinged tempeh burgers with soy mayo (RM13) and soups of the day that might include broccoli broth sharpened with nuances of chayote and ginger, channeling homemade soulfulness (RM8). Beverages span orzo barley lattes prepared with organic coffee, medicinal kukicha twig tea, and zesty green tea kombucha; on selected afternoons, the tea counter is open to serve special brews. The space has been conscientiously created, with decor partly crafted from recycled material and furnishings repurposed from other businesses.
