Flavorsome, though nowhere near medium rare as requested. Nevertheless, the meat remained reasonably tender, effortless to both cut & chew.
Wine, cocktails & hard liquor are on the menu, but alcohol's only served after 5pm. Something about how only some staff members can dispense it.
